The ESG-MEP Project Finance is a recent initiative by Muna Group, providing up to 40% of the project build finance for ESG - MEP installation and services, you can now lift your projects efficiency and sustainability without increasing your costs!

This innovative approach replaces much of the traditional equity and mezzanine finance requirement, with rates ranging from 5-18%, terms up to 20 years, and the convenience of either i. repayment on completion, ii. a percentage at completion balance spread over term iii. a min percentage at completion balance recouped by energy service contracts with tenants
