Michael Proffitt
Group CEO and Co-Founder
Michael has worked across the UK, Europe, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Mexico, India, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. These projects have included the development of Free Trade Zones in Dubai, Mexico, India and Azerbaijan.
Michael was the CEO of Dubai Logistics City (DLC) and a member of the Management Board of Dubai World Central (DWC) from 2004 to 2009, the initial phase of planning and development for this $30B mega project.
Paul McCurry
CFO-Treasury and Co-Founder
Paul is a highly respected financial modeller & treasurer, with long term previous positions with blue chip companies including Gensis Housing. Advisor to multiple PLC’s and local authority clients on structuring real estate projects and fundraising. Paul will lead corporate finance areas and strategies for the Muna Group of companies.
Over the last 25 years Paul has successfully issued bonds for in excess of £1B, for media and property (affordable housing for Genesis Housing, Mears Group and numerous London Boroughs)
Jonathan Geen
Legal Counsel and Co-Founder
An award winning UK lawyer with over 25 years of extensive experience in land acquisition and development. Jonathan will lead on all legal matters covering Property, Funding and Development. He advises clients such as property developers, banks, municipal authorities and government, universities and major corporate entities in the UK and UAE. Over the last 25 years Jonathan has architected two major bond issuances for in excess of £200m, and numerous other institutional property development finance structures.
Bryan Saxby
CTO and Co-Founder
Inventor of award winning atomixAIR technologies, with 30 years’ global experience in media, high-performance engineering, software and Ai Cognitive SMART building & technologies. Experienced in developing global OEM partner strategies along with unique licensing & financing solutions to afford flexible entry to market, facilitating the development of multi-billion dollar pipelines.
